What’s the commission split when I join the team
When you join the team and name Marc Cottrell as your sponsor, you’ll operate on an 80/20 commission split with Aperture Global and the Masters Collective Real Estate (MCRE).
To put that into context, an 80/20 split is what many solo agents aim for, often without the infrastructure to properly support it. Here, you keep that same split while gaining access to a fully integrated set of systems designed to make your life easier and your business more effective.
That includes intelligent automation and AI-powered tools that support lead capture, follow-up, client communication, appointment setting, pipeline management, and ongoing relationship nurturing, all working quietly in the background so nothing slips through the cracks.
